Transformable screen: Panda ra's box

haha. finally posting about my ds project the transformable screen.

So. As i said earlier for my design we have to do a transformable screen for a studio and then built a life scale model of it using "cardboard". It has to act as a sun screen as well as serve other functions like storage and has to be transformable...

My group got trolley and a china guy, zhu. i dowan to be mean la but our team kinda a two person team. Thats all im goin to say. :P

So basically the my screen consists of the box and the stand which can be opened up into storage, cup holder, book shelf blabla.

It took us so long to do everything, from designing to making. Making had to be chun cause the measurements and cutting hav to be chun or else it wont be a cube. We also have limited materials. :P Haha, i think my essay die liao cause i spent too much time on this. Screw the essay!! :P

Tims group design

Its originally a very small box that can be carried around. Then it can open up, attach to the table and become a screen. It also can fold into a chair and table. Very genius design. hahaha. i like i like. :P. Can become a dance floor aso if open up fully then tim can SHUFFLE. yea babeh....

Wan hoe and Ariffs design

This one also very cool. It take inspiration from puzzle pieces. Can take apart make into other thing. But *ahem ahem* when jasper ask them during presentation to take it apart and make sumthing else wan hoe say "erm, it takes too much time, but it can be done." SURE OR NOT? :P

This one is the most well thought out design. They covered everything. You see the 3D popping out thing? can put book. All the parts u see in the pic can join together make one whole piece. The bottom piece become a chair and table. The other way it is like a drawer. Then got key holder summore. wawawee.
